Searching for "Jesus is the Bright and Morning Star"

I want to find the music and text/lyrics to this song, sung by the Scottish Festival of Male Voice Praise, also any author/composer/copyright info that is available. So far, I've been able to find the words to the refrain, which goes like this:
Jesus is the bright and morning Star;
Jesus, Rose of Sharon loved afar,
Sun of righteousness, in whose light all other fails,
Blessed Lily of the vales;
Jesus, living Fountain free and pure;
Jesus, our foundation Rock secure,
And a Shepherd kind, King of realms that know no end,
Our Redeemer, Savior, Friend."
I still need to find the verse part and the music.
I know the first verse begins:
"When the dear name Jesus is ____ or sung,
What a welcome beauty it brings.
In the loveliest words of the human tongue
We describe our King of kings".
I'm usually pretty good at tracking down hymns, but this one has me baffled. Is there anyone who could help me out?
