I transcribed this from the Hoppers rendition
but couldn't get the last word/phrase of the 2nd verse

This song was also recorded by the "Valley of Decision" youth choir, near Milton, West Virginia several years ago (mid-90's?). My aunt gave me a copy of the tape back then and then--yep, I loaned my only copy to another man at our church. Haven't seen either one in years (bummer!) but I hope the tape blessed him as much as it did me.
