Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

I need to find sheet music for the Hymn:

Lord, We've Heard the Call, Come Forward

I have a Memorial Service for my Mother on Sat. Oct. 8th and nowhere can the organist or soloist find sheet music for this hymn.

I can't find sheet music anywhere, but I did find this MIDI:

Perhaps you could try contacting the operators of this site (they have an Email link on the side), and they might be able to point you in the right direction?
