Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

I'm trying to find words and music for "Heaven" as sung by Jimmy Swaggart on his Sweet Anointing CD. Anyone know where I can buy a copy? There's an earlier post with the words but no music. I'd even like to know the artist.
