Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

I have been told this hymn is called 'I will seek you with all of my heart'. I have all the lyrics but cannot find sheet music which I need urgently or even a recording of the hymn. The refrain is: 'For you are the rock on which I stand, and you are the friend who holds my hand, and you are the bright morning star, the light in my darkest hour.' I would greatly appreciate any help in finding the sheet music for this hymn. Thankyou

written by Matthew Lockwood in 1997
