Does anyone know the rest of the words to this song? It mentions "leave your fishing boats and nets upon the shore" Is Follow Me the actual title? I want also to know if there is a song of it available on iTunes, and who the artist is?

I think it is this one - music by Sr. Madeleine and words by Michael Cockett. I found it in Hymns old and new published by Kevin Mayhew.
