Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

This is more of a worship song than a hymn, but does anyone know if this has been recorded, if so is that the title, (or is it something else)? And who has it been recorded by, the name of the CD etc. Hope someone can help. Chorus is "You are the Almighty One, You will be Adored in all the earth, No one is as wonderful, Wonderful as You".

It's on the Soul Survivor Album: Glimpses of Glory and it's sung by a band called Heat i think.
