Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

The only line from this song I remember is "Does the road you travel take you home?" The song is based on and mentions roads several times. I would so appreciate the lyrics and name of the song.

I had looked at the previous request, but neither of the suggested songs were the one I was looking for. Wish I could provide more of the lyrics - it's such a beautiful old gospel type song. Thank you for the suggestions.
