Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

My voice teacher has been teaching me this hymn called "Crowned or Crucified?" It is an absolutely beautiful hymn.... I don't remember the very beginning of the lyrics, but the last few words were " 'Crowned or crucified, which shall it be?' No other choice was given to me" Could anyone tell me who wrote wrote that song, or would anyone know where I could find sheet music for it?
