This is the chorus
America lift up your voice cry out to God On high he raised us up from humbled hearts to greatness in the sky but America turned to stubborn Price our humble heart grew cold return, repent, and just give thanks. turn back to the God of old

Re: 9-11 church song
This may not be exactly correct in order but I think its most of it, haven't heard it in years.
Founded on the principal of his almighty word America was born to make the gospel broadly heard. Cradled in the pilgrims hands the bible came ashore to guide a people fixed upon the Lord that they adored. Standing fast on Jesus Christ our nation grew despite attack. The founding fathers knew the Lord was keeping them on track. Surrounded by a mighty foe, the revolution thrived, the armies fought on bended knee. America survived.
America lift up your voice, cry out to God on high. He raises up from humble hearts to greatness in the skies. The greatness turned to stubborn pride, our humble hearts grew cold. Return, repent and just give thanks. Turn back to the God of old.
A typical September morn, America awakes to hear the sound of breaking glass and thunderous earthquakes. An enemy across the sea has broken down the door and terror drives us to our knees as hearts drop to the floor. Our great and mighty towers lie in ashes on the ground. Prosperity and comfort lie beneath this dreadful mound. Is God asleep or can it be that He would let us die? O God please help us, He who made us fall before your eyes.
From the trials of history to the perils of today reflection and remembrance say our hearts have gone astray, abundance and luxury have helped us lose our way. America the time has come to turn around today.
The Bible says a mighty Savior waits outside the veil. Where sin abounds grace does much more God's mercies never fail. So keep his word deep in your heart and yield not to despair. Forgiveness for America, in faith lift up your prayer.
America lift up your voice, cry out to God on high. He raises up from humble hearts to greatness in the skies. The greatness turned to stubborn pride, our humble hearts grew cold. Return, repent and just give thanks. Turn back to the God of old.
