Wife can't remember old song - Oh God I trust You, I believe in Your power.

Hello!
My wife has just came to me trying to recite an old song that is perhaps a hymn from when she was young.
I believe it to be based in the Psalms, possibly Psalm 46 or 91.
This is what she can remember:
Oh God I trust You, I believe in Your power.
You are my strength for this very hour.
You are my refuge and my strength,
My help in times of trouble.
Oh God I trust You, I believe in Your power.
Any ideas?
