I NEED TO KNOW THIS SONG ONLY KNOW LYRICS

Post by SweetsThaQueen » Sun Dec 26, 2021 5:54 am

I have been trying to find this song for yearrrrsssss. At this point I'm wondering if I imagined it.

"Kind of slow country southern voice Man:

Mary/ and Martha, had a brother (oh yes they did)
One dayyyyyyye he died/ oh how they cried
And they loved him, the biiible say

High pitch soul woman:

Marthaaaa said Lord /if you'd /had come when I called/ our brother /would still/ be alive

Lord said Martha if only believe/ you'll see/ your brother/ agaaain

He said show me the place/where Lazarus lay/ and I'll put/ neeww life/ in himmm"

At some point the man and woman are singing together back and forth. Maybe a choir in the background. Tried to break it down how I remember it. Maybe be missing lyrics.
