It starts off like this :

They say the water is as clear as crystal,
Streets like a mirror of gold.

Then I can’t make out what they’re saying for the next line.

The chorus goes like this :

Call me Heavenly Minded ,
Cause that’s how it seems
Say I’ve gone off the deep end,
Caught up in a dream .
The more I read John’s description,
Of that city of gold ,
