Thought it was a nice (and hopeful) sign that before Donald Trump walked in to be sword in, the pianist was playing a selection of hymns. Did anyone catch which hymns these were?

I was pleasantly surprised to hear that too. Here were the hymns that were being played prior to Melania Trump entering the Capitol Rotunda.
- For the Beauty of the Earth
- Great is Thy Faithfulness
- Andante Grazioso from Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 11 in A minor, K331
- O America - This sounds like a hymn, but it's more of a secular anthem. I'm not crazy about how it turns America into a "god" (O America you're calling / I can hear you calling me / You are calling me to be true to thee). But I guess it's "purty".
Glad to see the US Military Band ending with The Battle Hymn of the Republic.
Let's remember to pray for the new Administration, as well as all members of Congress and the Supreme Court. Remember what Paul said. Praying for them isn't about them. It's about us. Heaven knows we could use peace and holiness in this country again.
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.
