Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

I wonder if you could help me. We have a funeral coming up and the family are desperate to sing the Father's favourite hymn but we only have a line to go on with our search !!
"And are our sins forgiven if we in Jesus trust"
Robert. (UK)

There is a song entitled "And Our Sins Are Forgiven" in "Christian Hymns" published in 2004 by Evangelical Movement of Wales.
I don't have this book and cannot find screen shots of pages.

There is probably someone closer to you who as access to the book since it became a favorite.
I can find no trace of the song in the USA.
