Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

We are desparately searching for the title and complete lyrics to a very old hymn that my Grandfather used to sing with a quartet. We know that part of the lyrics are "There's a beautiful home far over the sea; there's a beautiful home for you and for me; there's a beautiful mansion for you and for me." Thank you so VERY much. I just talked to my Mom and she said this is exactly the song we were searching for. My Grandfather sang in a quartet and this is one of the songs they sang and was one of his favorites, but we had been unable to find the lyrics.
