Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

Hello, we are organising my Grandfather's funeral and need help to track down any information - lyrics, music etc. for a chosen hymn. The words go "How this pascal time reminds us how Christ rose again from the dead" and we think it was written by Denis Hurley. Grandpa was a committed Christian and asked specifically for this to be sung, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
