Thanks Steve, but this is not the one. I had them mixed up too. I think I thought of one of the verses this morning.

1.
Like a little child sometimes it's hard to see
Just which way I need to go and what is best for me
But I have a loving Father who always understands
And it's a consolation to know that I'm in gentle hands

I might have the first and second verse mixed up but the song title of the one you gave me was "In His Hands" and this one is called "Gentle Hands". But I appreciate your help, Thank you very much!

I can't remember the second verse, but the bridge is:

The song was recorded by Truth in the late 70s or very early 1980s. A recording may still be available on iTunes. I don't recall the name of the label that Truth recorded under at that time.

this is a beautiful.
been trying to get the full lyrics to sing in church

it truly is an inspirational song.

the lord bless all those who hear it and may many continue to be moved by this simple song and feel His gentle hands
