Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

This was in a Catholic Hymnal at a funeral I attended back in about 1978. It had some verses & a chorus. I have words & music for the chorus, but I'd like to have the verses, too. The church burned shortly after that time and I do not know the name of the hymnal book it was in.

As I go into the 50th Nniversary of my Forst Commu ion I remember one of the hymns we memorized for Mass.
