copyright owner of lyrics and music to On Eagle's Wings

Does anyone know who the copyright owner of the hymn On Eagle's Wings is? Are there two copyrights, one on the lyrics and one on the music? I am looking into how to get permission to put a version of this song on a new cd of church music. Any copyright information or help would be appreciated. R.
