I know i have been looking for these lyrics for weeks and i cannot find them anywhere. It is my favorite song...

The title of the song is "I Know Why" it was on a pre-release titled "Talk About A Friend"

I'm not familiar with that version, but it sounds like your talking about "I Know Why" by Clay Hess. I couldn't find the lyrics either, so I just typed them up from the version I am familiar with, which is from Kenny and Amanda Smith Band, so it might be a little different. Here's what they sing:
