you are welcome in my home

I do hope you can help me find the hymn my mum asked for at her funeral which is on Monday 8th December 2008 - not much time!
she said "it's the 'you are welcome in my home' hymn" - probably not the title but just an idea within the hymn. She was Roman Catholic and lived in England but i'm afraid i have no other lead for you.
it would be wonderful if you could help.
