Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

I have been searching for the lyrics If to Gain the World it was written by Mosie Lister and The Dove Brothers have preformed it. But I just can't seem to find the lyrics anywhere. I have the accompaniment track to it but I can't sing if I don't have the lyrics so any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
