Tractors working golden fields - now the bread is baking

Hi, I'm trying to find the words for a song we used to sing at Sunday school to the tune of Frere Jacques. It had the phrases 'tractors working golden fields' and 'now the bread is baking' and finished with 'share it round, share it round', would love to sing this at harvest festival
