Redeemed. I've been washed in the blood of the lamb.

This is a baptist hymnal that I cant seem for which I cant seem to find the lyrics. The lyrics I do remember are as follows:
Jesus was eating his last passover when Peter was resting on his shoulders. He spoke these words and they were right: He said one of you will betray me to night. Saul cried out "O, Lord is it I? Peter cried out, "O Lord is it I? Judas had been that deceiftul man. It was he who betrayed the innocent lamb. Thirty pieces of silver and it was done. Out in the woods himself he hung.
Redeem. Redeem. Redeem. Redeem. I've been washed in the blood of the lamb. I'm having hard times. And great tribulations. I'm thanking my God for free salvation. "
Does anyone know of this song and the complete (and correct) lyrics?
