Looking for "Every Hour I Need Thy Blessings" by Thompson

I'm looking for the lyrics and music, if possible, to the hymn "Every Hour I Need Thy Blessings" Some friends sang it at their 1948 high school graduation ceremony. They would like to sing it again at the 60th class reunion, but are having trouble locating it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. The program lists "Thompson" after the song, and I believe this is the author. Thank-you for your help.
