Primitive song "When I get home"

I remember certain parts but not all... Since I heard about a better home , I would leave this old world with all it owns..... Can anyone help me??/ Please .... I believe it has 3 verses and the chorus.. the chorus is something like Yes I 'll reach home oh praise the lord some sweet day, when I walk up the great milky way....

thanks so much!! I listened to the group sing and wrote it down... we used to hear some old friends sing that song many years ago.. i have trying to find it for weeks, so again thanks ..hope i can help you some day.
