@Wayne7 - Song #2 is by The McKameys on their 1986 album "UNIQUE", titled "The Bride Coming In"
Verse 1
There's a thought that is with me, giving hope to sustain me
when my troubles are near out of hand,
there's a force that keeps turning my face toward the crossing,
and a vision of Beulah's fair land.
Oh there's too many splendors ahead to go on to,
I don't look back to places I've been,
but lately I'm dreaming of the sound of the trumpet,
And I'm seeing the bride coming in
Chorus:
Coming in from the North, Coming in from the South,
Coming in from the East, and the West
And I see the wonder sweep over their faces,
Oh, This is the part I love best
Verse 2
They're all looking up, in the face of the father
And some of them burst into song
And some of them run with the swiftness of eagles
As they're making their way to the throne
And I vision rainbows, in every direction
reflected in a clear crystal stream
And I hear a choir singing, somewhere in the distance
Singing, 'Worthy The Lamb That Was Slain"
Oh, I got a vision of a great celebration,
the day Jesus saved me from sin
And now my adornment is a new blood washed garment
And I'm a part of the bride coming in
Repeat Chorus
They're all looking up, in the face of the father
And some of them burst into song
And some of them run with the swiftness of eagles
As they're making their way to the throne
Oh, I got a vision of a great celebration,
the day Jesus saved me from sin
And now my adornment is a new blood washed garment
And I'm a part of the bride coming in

There's a land way over in glory
There's a home beyond the sky
There's a place where my lord calls Heaven
And his children all go there

Well I wanna go there (go there)
When he calls my number
Well I wanna go there (go there)
When he calls my name
Dear Lord I pray (and I shouted and I seen God's praises)
And I know He'll welcome me there

I got a father over there
Got a mother over there
Got a brother over there
Got a sister over there

Oh Father mother sister brother aunts uncles nephews nieces over there
(back into chorus)

maybe this will spawn your memory. Hope it helps.

I vividly remember one group (The Dixie Echoes??) on the "Gospel Singing Jubilee" on Sunday mornings. Whoever the group was, the lead singer was tremendous!

I need the name of this song.
"Everybody's gonna have a livin in glory,
Everybody's gonna be singing that story,
Everybody's gonna have a wonderful time
Up there, oh, glory hallelujah."

Can someone help me find the name and singer of this old gospel song?

Versus 1: I want to thank you for being so good (choir Thank You)
I want to thank you like I know I should (choir Thank You)
I want to thank you for ____ my way, you brighten up my darkest days.

Chorus:
Praise you, praise you, praise you, praise you, praise you, praise you Lord. (Repeats)
Hallelujah praise you Lord (Repeats)

I can't remember the rest.

But close to the end the choir begins to whisper the chorus: Praise you, praise you, praise you, praise you, praise you, praise you Lord.
