Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

We are preparing a service for 22nd August and although I have the words I do not have the music so really need to be able to source the music./ Does anybody recognize this.
Not a God beyond our reaching
high above the bright blue sky
but a strong supporting presence
ground of being,source of life.
