Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

Would anyone know where I can download the MP3 to the following song? I know it is a very old one as I used to play it on the piano many years ago but the words are just fitting for what I am going through at present. Would love to be able to listen to it again and again.

I have been looking for George B. Shea's recording of this but it is not to be found....does anyone have it?
