I'm looking for the lyrics and any information about who originally sung a song in the 80's or 90's that may have been titled "Praise God He Is Alive"

The second verse went something like this:

I was buried so deep in sin when I came to Him that day
When I called in faith believing, sins burden rolled away
Now I can't see that empty tomb but I believe it just the same
Since the moment He made me whole with joy I can proclaim

Chorus ?
Oh He's alive the tomb is empty, the stone was rolled away
There is nothing left but grave clothes death could not make Him stay
.
.
.
Praise God He is Alive

Any help in finding the rest of the lyrics or who originally sung the song will be greatly appreciated.

praise God, He is alive

Verse 1
It was the morning, of the third day the women found, the stone was rolled away
An angel told them, He had risen; come and see where Jesus laid
I see Mary, in the garden, she met Jesus there that day. He said go tell them, I have risen
When she found them, I can almost hear her say

Chorus 1
He's alive, the tomb is empty, that stone is rolled away
There is nothing, left but grave clothes, death could not make Him stay
I believe it, for I have seen Him, for my heart burned deep inside
Jesus conquered death with victory, praise God, He is alive

Verse 2
I was burdened, so deep in sin when I came to Him that day
When I called, in faith believing, I felt sins burdens roll away
Though I've not seen that empty tomb, I believe it just the same
Since the moment Jesus made me whole, with joy, I can proclaim

Chorus 2
He's alive, the tomb is empty, that stone is rolled away
There is nothing left but grave clothes, death could not make Him stay
Though I've not seen him, yet I believe it, for my heart burns deep inside
Jesus conquered death with victory, praise God, He is alive
