Looking for We Thank Thee Lord, For This Fair Earth

I found the lyrics (by George Cotton) on cyberhymnal.org, but the score (by ErÂnan, LowÂell MaÂson, 1850) is not the one I'm looking for. I am looking for one with a descant. We used to use it at my girls' school 20 years ago in Winnipeg, Canada, but no one there now seems to know how to find that music. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
