Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

This song was sang at my old church. It was also sang at my Mamaw's funeral. I really want the lyrics to it. I search for it all the time but the only thing that comes up is the song by LED ZEPPELIN. It annoys me so much that I can't find it.
