I'm looking for a song that says something like..

I don't know who wrote it or who sang it. Can anyone PLEASE help me?!?!?

I think the song is called Count Me In. The album that I have with this song on it is by Mark & Lori, and the album is called The Gentle Healer. I can't find it anywhere online, though.
