This song looks lovely! I would, however, question it's use as a replacement for the Lamb of God. The Lamb of God is a part of the mass, and cannot be replaced or re-worded. The words for the hymn are very beautiful (I haven't heard the tune) but should really be used at a different part of the mass. I can understand the intent behind using it after the sign of peace, but unfortunately I don't think it is actually the best idea because it is adding words to a specific part of the mass.
