Ok...here goes...my mom and dad love a song that they swear is by charles johnson. i have googled, youtubed,asked around and i've not found it... so..i am not sure its by him or another artist with a similar style/sound..

they say the chorus(assuming its the chorus) has words similar to "Jesus will meet me on the banks of the river. He'll carry me to the other side(shore?)...something about the winds blowing stronger, ....fear not the crossing, for i won't have to cross it alone. I know there's a song that has that last line called The Crossing and another similar called I wont have to cross jordan alone, but its not the same or perhaps two songs with the same title. any help would be appreciated....thanks! debbie
