"America for Me" music?

Hi, I posted a request below (see tomnelson
27 Oct 2009 19:44 ) I have discovered that the alma mater words are based on the poem "America for Me" by Henry Van Dyke. Does anyone know where I can find the tune/hymn that goes with that and/or who wrote it? Thanks.
