Do you need the chords? I know it's in the key of B Flat.

The first verse is

My soul cries out
Oh Lord How long
Till my trials end
And you call me home?
Since I caught a glimpse
Of my home in the sky
Nothing i this world
Keeps me satisfied.

The part of Is that the lights of home is the chorus. I could probably send you the chords but I would have to work on it- I haven't heard this in many years.

Would like to have the music to this. Here are the lines I recall:

Is that the lights
of home I see
Do I feel the breeze
Of the Crystal Sea
Is that my Lord standing by
On Heaven's balcony?
If that's the lights of home
It's a welcome sight to me

Seems I can hear
The angels sing
With harps of gold
And a thousand strings
Earth holds no joy
When I hear that sound
"Sweet Beulah Land"
My home sweet home
