Not sure the name of this song can anyone please... help

Can someone out there PLEASE help me I'm looking for the title of a song. the only part of the song the I know goes like this:
I'm Blessed
I'm Blessed
each time I look around me.... I realize... that
I'm Blessed!!!
I heard it about 10 years ago in a church choir and, the woman that sings it no longer goes to that church. No one else can seem to remember the song, it has really been weighing on my mind if anyone please. You would be a blessing.
