Yes, the words are most often sung to the tune Hyfrydol. But when the hymn was originally written, it was sung to the melody "Wondrous Story" written in 1886 by Peter Bilhorn. And this is the melody heard in the track you posted. You can read a bit more about the hymn here

Thats the song name, but I was looking for the melody name.

The melody is in the link I put up first of all. ~ I just dont know what the name of it is. E.G ~ its normally played to the melody Hyfrydol.
