The first lyrics version posted is the arrangement sung at the Disney Candlelight Concerts - a fantastic mashup of "Rejoice with Exceeding Great Joy," "We Three Kings" and the old French Carol, the March of the Kings ("One bright day," which I first learned as "Three great Kings came from the Orient.") A bit of the First Nowell thrown in too, I think.
I've seen a PDF of the Candlelight edition online, but I'm afraid I don't know where to find the original "Rejoice"; I hope this helps clarify the lyrics question, though.
