I came across this hymn in church recently and cant get the title from them.

I only remember the verse will start like this

'Precious father,you're my creator'

and the chorus will start like this

' Take my heart in your hands'

I cant remember the whole song and have been looking for the song ever since I first heard of it.Please help me! This song really helps me spiritually! Thank you and God bless you!
