A NEW DIMENSION - 1965 Waco, TX F. Warren Black
For many years I've known the Lord in His redeeming love.
I knew that I'd been born again, the re-birth from above.
And yet a lack within my heart had not been satisfied.
My hungry soul cried to the Lord, "I will not be denied."

CHORUS:
I've learned to know the Lord in a new dimension.
And when I stop to think on it, it's past my comprehension.
His ways are past our finding out; His mysteries are grand.
Oh, who am I to question Him? I'll just hold to His hand.

The promise of the Holy Ghost was not for just the few
Who gathered in the upper room, God said, "It is for you."
And so I took Him at His word; the Holy Ghost came in.
And springs of praise & joy burst forth from way down deep within.

God has a purpose for my life that He's made plain to me.
And He has giv'n His precious gifts for true ef-fi-cien-cy.
He said, "I'll not leave you alone; I'll guide & Counsel be.
Oh, do not trust in human strength, but always trust in Me.

Before our Lord returned to heav'n He left His promise true
That He would send the Holy Ghost; Our lives He would endue.
With power for our tasks on earth, also His guarantee,
That glorious plans He has arranged for us eternally.

I heard it for the first time in 1965, sung by a couple just visiting Grace Gospel Church in Waco, Texas. I don't remember the lyrics or the name of the couple.

I've come to know the Lord
In a new dimension
And when I stop to think on it
It's past my comprehension

These are the words to a chorus that passed through Waco, TX back in 1960. Can't seem to pull any more of it out of the memory banks.
