I have the musical score for the chorus only, but not the verses. It says, "Composer Unknown, copyright Unknown". I have an arrangement that was published in 1972 by "Scripture in Song."

I think some of the words were, I love Him for He is mine, I love Him for He is divine, I love Him forever you see, this Jesus the Nazarene. Hope this helps. I believe the title is, Jesus the Nazarene.
