I am not sure of the title but I know the chorus goes like this.
just whisper Jesus, Jesus there's power in that name to set you free.
It's a name of authority, Never been a name so sweet.
Just lift up your hands and whisper His name.

The first verse starts out like this I think.
Alone and broken hearted.
