I realize this thread is very old, but did either of you happen to find it? I'm looking for it too, have been looking for years. I sang it with my high school choir in 1987-88-ish. I'd love to find it for an event this summer!

I haven't found the sheet music. Try searching in quotation marks:
"May the Lord bless you and keep you. May His light be always with thee."
There are a few sites that have posted the benediction.
Albeit without author or music assigned, if you contact the posters
they might be able to give you a lead.

I trust this will help. Let us know if you have any success.
Or if you don't, we'll have to keep hunting. Eh?

YES!!!! This is it!! Do you know exactly what the title is or who the composer/author is? When I search it on the internet I get a hundred different versions of "benediction" but never this!

Any idea where I can get the sheet music or an mp3 & the lyrics??? I have wanted our choir to do this for a long time!!

I have searched for YEARS looking for this one - I get many other versions, but THIS is the one I want. I cant remember all of the third line, but I am pretty sure I am right on the rest.
