That is another Don Besig and Nancy Price gem. I'm not sure, but the anthem title may be "What a Friend."
Shawnee Press (old Glory Sound) owns their anthems, I believe. I'm not sure that this one is still available, though. Sad, because it was so good.
I think the starting lyrics are a bit different...
[but that's solely from distant memory. I can't find my old sheet music for this. Our small church choir sang this to rave comments.]
