Can't find this hymn - When I thought my life was over, you were waiting there for me

Hello,

I am looking for a hymn called "Oh Lord, Holy Lord" and the lyrics are as follows.

"When I thought my life was over, you were waiting there for me. Now I Can see that there are good things only suffering can bring."

I cant find it anywhere and I don't know who sings it or wrote it. Can yall help me find it please?
