looking for lyrics to this song - His name is Jesus

Hi, I'm searching and trying to find the lyrics to a song I used to sing a long time ago. It's "His name is Jesus" . The chorus says " His name is Jesus, that's my Saviour. He's the one who took my sorrow, bore my shame. His name is Jesus, that's my Saviour, And he's coming back someday, for all of those who love his name. I'm wanting to find the complete song so I can sing it again. Any help greatly appreciated. I can't remember what group recorded and sang it. thanks, Vicky
