Often heard...it's too late

the chorus has two parts, the second starting with "it's too late". the chorus is sung by choir which sounds a bit like the one from 'Hand in Hand' by Koreana. While the choir is singing a male voice repeats the words in a more spoken form.

maybe somebody has any idea which song I mean.
